This guide outlines what you need to do between now and when classes begin.
Please take the time to read everything in the four sections below.

This stuff is priority one:

Activate your UCLA Logon ID and password You'll need these before you can do any of the things below.	ASAP
View your Financial Aid/Scholarship Award Information	ASAP
View your Provisional Admission Contract	ASAP
Report changes - How to report changes in your course schedule or poor grades - Address changes	as soon as they occur, any time between now and the end of your last pre-UCLA class
Review the Hepatitis B Requirement	April 15, 2009
Accept (or decline) your offer of admission Note: When you accept your offer, if you select the email address provided by UCLA (the one ending in "@ucla.edu"), you can check your email at mail.ucla.edu.	May 1, 2009
Apply for housing	May 1, 2009
Apply for the College Honors program	May 1, 2009

Complete Part 1 of the online course, "AlcoholEdu for College" This course will be available beginning June 17. Please complete the first section before you attend orientation.	July 27, 2009
Submit Bruin Direct authorization form	August 15, 2009
