Sending Official Records - Freshmen

Sending Transcripts

UCLA needs official transcripts from your high school of graduation showing your entire high school program and graduation date.

If you wish to receive transfer credit for any college courses you have taken, we must also have official transcripts from the college/university where you took these courses, even if the college work appears on your high school transcript.

Unless otherwise stated in your Provisional Admission Contract, the deadline for receipt of official transcripts by Undergraduate Admissions is:

Entering Term
Deadline
Fall 2008 July 15, 2008
Winter 2009 January 31, 2009
Spring 2009 Three weeks from date on
your letter of admission

Send transcripts to:

UCLA Undergraduate Admissions
and Relations with Schools
1147 Murphy Hall, Box 951436
Los Angeles, CA 90095-1436

Attn: Transcripts

You can check to see whether your transcripts have been received on MyUCLA.

Sending Test Scores

ACT and SAT Scores
If you are a freshman, you must also (if you have not already done so) submit official results for ACT and/or SAT examinations that took or indicated you planned to take on your application.

AP or IB Scores
If you passed any Advanced Placement (AP) or higher level International Baccalaureate (IB) exams you must have official results sent to UCLA by the testing agency to receive credit.

You can verify the scores that UCLA has on record for you using MyUCLA.

Provided we receive your official results, credit from these exams should appear on your record some time during your first term at UCLA.
