University Records System Access (URSA)

URSA provides UCLA students real-time access to their academic records.

Note: if you have not already done so, you'll need to first activate your UCLA Logon ID. Your Logon ID and password will be your key for logging in to secure sites at UCLA.

As a new admit, you will do the following things using URSA

  • Accept (or decline) your offer of admission to UCLA
  • Select your official UCLA e-mail address

  • Enroll in classes
  • View classes and real-time enrollment counts
  • Verify your registration status
  • View and print your Study List

  • Order UCLA transcripts
  • Download Study List

Financial

  • Pay your monthly bill
  • View and print current- month account information
  • Check the status of refund activity
  • View and print Summer Sessions account information
  • View and print your Award information
  • View eFAN and Financial Aid Awards on MyFAO
  • View and print a Financial Aid summary
  • View your BruinCard Account
  • View MyHousing

Personal

  • Change your street or e-mail address
  • Change your privacy options
  • Create 3rd party access (see below)
  • Check BruinView to search for jobs
  • Provide emergency contact information


3rd Party Access

You can also give access to one or more of the following URSA functions to third parties, such as parents, guardians, or others.

Academic

  • View registration status
  • View and print Study List
  • View the UCLA Degree Audit
  • View grades and GPA
  • View Hold information

Financial

  • Pay the BruinBill (and choose whether or not to send e-mail reminders to the 3rd party)
  • View Financial Aid Document Tracking
  • View Financial Aid awards summary

  • View address information

URSA's hours of operation are (including holidays), Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.; Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. and all day Monday.
