The transition to UCLA will be smoother if you make thoughtful and timely decisions. This checklist will guide you through the process.
Step 1: Accept admission, apply for honors and housing [April-May]

| Send us official transcripts through Fall 2012 | June 1, 2013 |
Step 2: Plan for New Student Orientation, supply needed information [June-July]

| Request your I-20 to obtain your student visa [international students only, F-1 and J-1 visas] | after you accept your offer of admission to UCLA |

| Sign up for New Student Orientation - signups begin: | June 6, 2013 |
| Send us official transcripts through Spring 2013 | July 15, 2013 |
| Apply for your BruinCard | July 1, 2013 |
| Apply for parking | July 19, 2013 |
| Complete the online course, AlcoholEdu for College | July 22, 2013 |
Step 3. Attend New Student Orientation, enroll in classes [July-September]
