Welcome - Self Guided Tour

UCLA opened in September 1919 with an enrollment of 250. The campus moved from Vermont Avenue to Westwood in 1929. The first four buildings were Powell Library and Royce, Haines, and Kinsey halls. Today, UCLA boasts a reputation as a leader in education, research, and community service and an enrollment of over 35,000. The lushly landscaped 419-acre campus features an architecturally diverse collection of more than 235 buildings.
